My patients are my top priority, and I am passionate about improving their orthodontic experience. What excites me the most is the challenge to provide the most efficient orthodontic treatment possible while never compromising quality of care and results.
The personal connections with my patients make my job truly worthwhile. I love providing healthy, beautiful smiles for each person who comes to our office, while also building meaningful connections with the great people in our community.
Prior to becoming an orthodontist, I attended St. Olaf College for my Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota and then completed a Post-Graduate Residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics where I earned my Master of Science degree and Certificate of Orthodontics.
I stay at the forefront of the latest orthodontic techniques to ensure my patients receive treatment that is supported by the most recent knowledge available. As part of my continuing education, I am active in several study clubs, including the Duluth Dental Forum. I am also active in the dental community and a member of a number of professional associations.
- American Association of Orthodontists
- Midwestern Society of Orthodontists
- Minnesota Association of Orthodontics
- American Dental Association
- Minnesota Dental Association
- Northeastern District Dental Society (President 2019-2020)
- Executive Council
I am so fortunate that we have such an excellent team at Arrowhead Orthodontics. They are highly trained and motivated individuals who will make your experience in our office truly exceptional. You will get to know them and appreciate their talents in caring for you while you are a patient in our office.
Life Outside the Office
When I am not creating beautiful smiles, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Corrina, and our two children, Emma and Hans. We love to hike and spend time outdoors whenever we can.
